I was contacted shortly after HackFSU to do a temporary landing page for a site named Civic Bridge. Strategic Digital Services of Tallahassee owns the site. I worked with the graphic designer and replicated what he envisioned for the site. It consisted of a form that utilized PHP to send an email to the CEO. I do not have a full running version of what I created currently up, but to see the form, you can click the link below.
